As a young Cornish artist I’ve always been drawn to the ocean. The rugged Atlantic landscape, ever changing wildlife and beautiful colours of the coast are my biggest inspiration, and one of the reasons I love Cornwall so much. In 2024, I began my University career with the University of Brighton, where I have been studying painting full time. Leaving Cornwall only strengthened my love for my home and in turn, Cornwall became the focus point of all my work. Now as a full time student I have the opportunity to capture all the beautiful parts of the county through my painting. Having only started painting landscapes full time last year, I have really enjoyed developing my technique and learning what I enjoy about painting landscapes. 

Most commonly I paint with oil or acrylic but I always enjoy experimenting with new canvas, paint, colours and application, often creating my own palettes as well. Creativity is a big part of my lifestyle and I am so proud to be able to share this with others.
